I hold an Idaho LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) and am licensed to provide psychotherapy and counseling services with Idaho adults and teens. I am conveniently located on the Boise Bench in the Orchard Business Park, with ample parking and easy access. Telehealth available upon request.

I often integrate complementary techniques such as mindfulness practices, art, music, and movement to help you discover and nurture the strengths I believe each of us are endowed with.
My specialty is trauma recovery, which frequently includes symptoms of anxiety, panic and shame. I also provide therapy for complex grief and loss; challenges associated with aging and end of life challenges; major life transitions such as relationship ruptures, job or career change, major moves, and empty-nesting. We are living in a time of significant existential concerns. EMDR is a data-driven and empirically sound therapy for helping you find ease of being.
Prior to becoming licensed, I was a certified school counselor and a certified middle school Language Arts and Social Studies teacher. I have also served as an adjunct professor for College of Southern Idaho and Northwest Nazarene College.
Education: BA, U of Idaho (1980); M.Ed., NNU(2000). Advanced EMDR training for symptoms of complex post traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), dissociative disorders, and pre-verbal trauma from conception through early development.
